Pre-Wedding Engagement shoot @ Elvaston Castle, Derbyshire.

The beautiful thing about having an outdoor photo shoot in April/May  is the amazing flora that comes to life for the next Spring/Summer cycle. I also think it goes hand in hand with not just new beginnings in nature, but new beginnings for lots of newly weds at the start of their new married life. 

This time of year sees many happy couples saying "I do" and marrying their soul mate. Enjoying a perfect happy day, shared with family and friends as they smile and look lovingly on in awe at the love that undoubtedly always radiates through the day. 

June for me started with the beautiful wedding of Adam & Jade at the Hallmark Mickleover Court Hotel in Derby. More of the big day coming soon after I've presented the happy couple with their photos. It's only right that my couples get first look before I share a few with the world. 

We did however the month before meet for a wander around Elvaston Castle Country Park in Derbyshire for their Pre-Wedding Photo Shoot. 

We met early in the morning to grab some of that gorgeous orange morning sky. The weather really was good to us as we walked around the perfectly manicured grounds, looking for those special places to capture the love that was obvious between them. 

I really was spoiled for choice when going through my post production routine. Every couple and every shoot is different, which I really like. One thing is for sure, this session really got me excited for their big day.

I always offer a complimentary pre-wedding photo walk with every wedding package will a selection of photos retouched and sent over digitally for free. Photo album, print and wall art options available. Some people even use this to create a personalised wedding guest book.
